Event Analysis Flow Chart was established to identify the direction process.
In response to the question, “When does Public Health response shift from divisional day-to-day operations to a department-wide emergency response,” the sub group developed a
Managers Assessment Tool based on two sets of criteria:
- Event Characteristics
- Response Needs
This tool will provide key Public Health staff with a structured guide on the determination of moving ahead with the
Incident Command Structure and
Surge Response Team Call Out.
